Do you ever have difficulty selecting a color scheme or coordinating fabrics for a quilt project? The Picture-Palette-Piecing™ pattern technique teaches you how easy it is to find impelling color combinations to make your projects intriguing.
Inspiration can be found in places of granduer, beautiful landscapes, striking animals, fascinating landmarks, our communities and even in common items in our homes.
The first step is to find or take a photo where the colors and content appeal to you. Then, choose a palette consisting of 4-8 colors extracted from the photo. Create a quilt that represents the feel and perception of the image. Let your quilt tell a story!
